Children entering their toddler years experience great changes in their physical, mental, and emotional states. This is a crucial period in a little one’s development, and it’s important –– but not always easy –– for them to build good sleep habits now. In this class, I’ll specifically help parents of 2 to 4 year olds address common issues including falling asleep by themselves at bedtime, night waking and needing to be comforted back to sleep, and staying in bed all night long. You'll learn how to help your child develop independent sleep skills but you'll also develop positive parenting tactics to help you through this stage. With this class, you and your family will finally be able to achieve peace of mind and quality sleep on a consistent basis. You can be loving, attached and well-rested.
